Changes to Online Booking Policy

Effective November 1, 2025 we will now be requiring both new and returning clients to add a valid credit card on file when booking appointments. The card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. (Your card information is encrypted and kept safe through a third party, we will never have access to the full card number at any time.)
As a reminder, a minimum 24 hours notice from the time of your appointment is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments take up space in the schedule and impact other clients from accessing treatment.

All missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours to your appointment time notice are subject to a late cancel fee of $50. No shows will be subject to fee for full amount of service.

YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT THE BOOKING OF THE APPOINTMENT.
