Welcome to the team, Luisa!

Luisa has been in the health and fitness industry since 2016, starting as a personal trainer, she upgraded her skills and knowledge in 2018 by becoming a Fascia Stretching Therapist to further assist clients with mobility issues and physical imbalances. In 2019 she enrolled in school to become a Massage Therapist (then COVID...) and finally becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2023. She is able to combine FST, cupping and her extensive knowledge of anatomy and exercises to deliver high quality massages for every demographic.

Please note, only Luisa will be accepting new clients. Crystal's booking is closed to brand new clients.
